Unfortunately, the negative feedback is accurate. The only difference in my case is that I do receive responses. After two unsuccessful attempts, they are only offering a partial refund to my original payment (which was closed due to fraudulent activity) because the items were on sale. I checked their website today, and the prices are significantly low. Please avoid this company. I intend to contact my bank and report this service.
