I also placed 2 orders from this company on Mar 2, 2021. Luckily, I used PayPal. Order just sat there saying awaiting shipment. No working telephone number, no answer to emails.I contacted PayPal to dispute. After PayPal contacted the company that payment was made to (which was Ted Sun Trading Company) they gave PayPal two UPS tracking numbers, saying the products were delivered on March 15. Since I had not received anything, I went to UPS with my tracking numbers to look up. They were for two Amazon orders delivered to two different addresses in my town. PayPal followed up and refunded my money. They also told me the company is already under investigation. Website still showing my orders as awaiting shipment. Please do not order from this company. Besides, how does a name of Clothfinishing have anything to do with pet products? I should have been more cautious, this is the first and hopefully last time that I was scammed. Thank you PayPal for your dilegence.
