My experience with CloudHire has been extremely frustrating and concerning.

I enrolled by paying ₹17,000 after being guided by Waseem, who assured me that he would personally manage and support me throughout the process. Based on these assurances, I trusted the platform and proceeded.

During onboarding, I was clearly told that I only needed to clear 3 AI interviews with a score of 75% or above. I completed these requirements, and my dashboard also reflected that my certifications were complete and the auto-apply feature had been unlocked.

However, despite attempting 20+ interviews and achieving 75% or higher multiple times, I did not receive a single real interview opportunity from any company.

Things became even more concerning when I tried to communicate with the team. After the payment, Waseem became completely unresponsive — calls were not answered and messages were ignored. I also interacted with support members including Bindiya, Disha, Shahrain, and Abhilash, but instead of getting clear help, I kept receiving repetitive responses without any real resolution.

When I requested a refund, new conditions were suddenly introduced that were never clearly communicated earlier. These included completing more interviews with specific scores and waiting for hundreds of job applications before even becoming eligible for a refund.

Most concerning of all, when I pushed for my refund, my account was suspended, which further limited my access and raised serious concerns about how customer issues are being handled.

This entire experience reflects a lack of transparency, poor communication, and no accountability. The difference between what is promised and what is actually delivered is significant.
