I paid for a Gold subscription expecting professional service, but when it ended, there was zero transparency about refunds. No proper communication, no support, and no accountability. It honestly feels like once they get your money, they just disappear. Not even got single job vacancy matching my profile. Its been almost 3 months I raised refund request. But still no update from the team.
