Update- After multiple emails Cloud of Goods did reach out and resolved this issue to my satisfaction. So I have changed the rating to 3-stars.Original review-Unethical return policy. The scooter was heavy and difficult to use around London, which led us to return it after just one week, despite paying for a two-week rental. However, the company refused to issue any refund due to their rigid policy. It feels like double-dipping since the scooter was returned early, and there’s nothing stopping them from re-renting it immediately. This policy feels unreasonable and unethical toward customers.
