This company is an absolute disgrace. We rented a scooter for my disabled daughter on our 10 day trip to San Diego. We had activities booked for every day so needed it to be reliable. What was sent was shoddy to say the least. The ignition barrel came out with key every time, it had the wrong seat attached and wouldn't hold its charge. It ran out of battery half way round sea world and I (in my 60s) had to carry it out of the place in pieces. I had bruises on my arms for the rest of the holiday. I charged it up but wasnt convinced it was charging so I left it behind and hired one at San Diego zoo. The next day I decided to try it again. We went to a 3 day event at the convention centre. It died after 15 minutes. We had to get someone to rescue her. My daughter was in tears and felt so humiliated. When the guy came to rescue us his first words were "Cloud of Goods?" He said they're a scam and knew exactly what is been charged. He said he would have rented me one for 10 days for £140 which was way cheaper than what we had paid. Whilst we were at the convention the guy fixed our original scooter for us and it last the remaining 5 days despite being very rickety and not really big enough for her. My daughter hurt herself trying to walk when the battery kept dying. What a disgraceful way to treat someone. I wouldn't use these guys if they were the last place on earth.
