Me and my family purchased a mobility scooter for my elderly dying dad who is on hemodyalysis for our holiday to Elvis week Memphis Tennessee, the initial booking was great and very helpful, but only helpful when things are going there way. unfortunately me and my family had to cancel our holiday as we contracted COVID, my dad was extremely unwell and in ICU at the time. I emailed cloud of goods (3 times) asking if my dad could have a refund (considering we didn’t use the scooter and missed our holiday) and each time we was ignored, disgusting customer service.
