I recently had a disappointing experience with Cloud Packers and Movers. They promised delivery within 8 days from Balasore to Baramati, but it took a frustrating 16 days for my packages to arrive. There is no customer support unit to address queries, and their executives are unresponsive to calls. Once you hand over the packages, they neither respond nor provide updates about the status of the package. The delay caused significant distress, and I felt helpless. When I contacted them through email, they claimed the long distance was the reason for the delay. The service was terrible. They charged for doorstep delivery but didn't pay the courier partner, resulting in extra charges upon delivery. Their rates are too high for such poor service. I strongly advise reconsidering before choosing this company. A direct courier service might be better, as they at least offer dedicated customer support and transparency.
