The Healthcare provider answered all my questions, within the hour of me sending the message. The billing staff, or whomever manages the account information, fixed my info and helped with other issues I had (of my own making) within the hour as well. It says 3 business days for a response, which would be reasonable as well but I haven't had to wait that long. Everyone I have interacted with has been nice and helpful. My friend recommended them to me and I am glad I listened. Thank you.
