I went to the Rock Road loacation in Wichita, Kansas on 11/3/2024 and my subscription would not work; however, I had paid auto pay on my credit card. I went online to cancel service and thought it was done and over. Today I notice that they have taken another $32.50 out. I called and they told me no refund and no record of cancellation which is bullshit. But I now have proof that I cancelled this bullshit subscription. Stay away.....they damage your car!!
