I clearly expressed my desire to cancel the membership due to service-related issues, which should be valid for cancellation according to the signed agreement. Despite this, they insisted that I must first use their service to process my cancellation, which is not supported by the agreement. I have filed a formal complaint with the relevant authorities and will take further action if this issue is not resolved soon. I urge anyone facing similar challenges to reach out.
