If I could do negative stars then this would’ve ended up at least a -4 star. This website makes it very easy for you to make deposits even makes it easy for you to double up your money.. I was lied to multiple times by this company. I was not able to get my birthday spins due to the fact that I had a withdraw pending. Which has been pending since the middle of March. My birthday was March 21. I was submitting forms to get it approved for two weeks prior to that. If they say expect Your money on a certain day. Just know that that is completely a Lie. If they say that they’re sorry for any inconvenience. Just know that’s a lie. If they say that, they are doing everything that they can to escalate the issue. It’s a lie thus far the only thing that they are good for is their chat bots that get back to you somewhat in a timely fashion. Only to lie to you and tell you that they’re working on it and you just need to wait but do not and I repeat do not expect your money for at least a month or two. Also, between the 7 to 10 days is a crock of sh;t. Even if you message them on the very last day before something is to be approved, they will let you know that they’re sorry, but it’s gonna be another 48 to 72 hours before they will get back to you in order to fix it. Then you have to repeat this process Just to have them send the money to your wallet. Which they will also not do in the amount of time that they said. And you’ll have to wait another 48 to 72 hours before they can even get back to you about fixing it. Now once they do, send it, you now have to wait for your wallet provider to approve it and then you will finally be able to get your money. Now I am still waiting for my money so I cannot actually say whether or not it. I am not gonna hold my breath, however I am trying to be as hopeful as possible, and I am a pretty patient person but if you have any brain cells at all, then you will not trust this company and stay far away from them unless you have a lot of time to spare when it comes to getting your money, returned to you through the withdrawal process that they offer.
