I was considering selling my vehicle and then they dropped the evaluation by $1800 in less than 2 weeks. Plus they charge 5 percent for reconditioning fees ($2000) on a 2025 Vehicle with 19,000 kms on it. Their vehicle prices are significantly higher than the market. I waited a bit to see if a vehicle came available to buy from Clutch but their prices were higher than others online. I dont think what they do is fair. I gave them a chance and they failed me.
