I strongly advise everyone to be very careful before paying this company.
I paid for their Verified badge subscription for my business, but the badge was never issued. After taking my money, their communication became extremely slow, and they stopped replying properly to my emails.
I also requested a refund, and they did not respond. On top of that, they did not even provide an invoice for the payment.
In my experience, this service was not delivered as promised, and the lack of transparency and support is completely unacceptable. Based on how this was handled, I consider this a serious warning sign and I recommend that other businesses think twice before paying them.
Be very careful before sending them any money.
