I placed an order in the last week of November and received a USPS tracking number that only indicated the item was awaiting shipment. As of today (12/14/25), I still haven't received my product. I checked with my local post office, and they informed me that the item was never sent out. I've reached out via email with no reply, messaged on social media without any response, and left comments on their site that went unanswered. I will be contacting my credit card company to report this situation.
