** UPDATE** The company attempted to call me once after my review, but I missed the call. No follow-up email was sent to address my issue. They mentioned a colleague was willing to cover the cost of the thumb turn lock, but this is the first I've heard of that offer. My complaint is about the handling of the issue I raised after the door installation. I expressed my disappointment with their proposed resolution, which required me to pay an additional fee for something I originally requested. After one phone call for payment post-installation, I raised my concerns. While I don't withhold payment for services rendered, the complaint pertains to poor management after the installation and final payment. It’s frustrating to receive dismissive comments when raising a valid concern. I’m open to discussing this further, but I need more than just one unannounced call. This complaint was not defamatory and has been reviewed and approved.
