I"m not one for putting up negative reviews but here we are. Avoid.
Did not deliver a proffessional clean despite us paying £240 for this. Every page on our landlord report was "needs cleaning". They offered to come back to reclean, however did not turn up for this appointment (queue response from them below about how it was hard to arrange an appt with the new tenant who works- ultimately an appointment WAS arranged and they didn't turn up so this argument makes zero sense). We got charged £120 from our landlord specifically for cleaning compensation, this report was sent to them and our landlord suggested to them we need a full refund, however as an "offer of goodwill" they offered us £40 ONLY. Despite clear evidence that they did not provide the services advertised. Do not care about their customers whatsoever. Clean yourself and save yourself £240.
