Very poor customer service. I got in touch with CMME upon recommendation from Money Saving Expert. After my initial call, I was paired with an adviser named Jarrad who told me within a day he’d found two lenders who would lend to my husband and I (I’m self-employed, and we need a specialist broker). After this, Jarrad took days to achieve nothing at all, even though we told him we wanted to offer on a property and needed an agreement in principle. He gave vague reasons about why he hadn’t yet gotten one and no time scale when one might be achieved. He also seemed to suggest we were withholding information – a truly bizarre experience.When it became clear Jarrad had no intention (or perhaps no time) to help us, I reached out to two other brokers. They both managed to get us an AIP within 48 hours.I really wouldn’t waste your time with this company. They make you chase them, try to ghost you, and don’t do what they assure you they will. Pretty crazy behaviour considering how steep their fee is.
