Possibly the worst experience I and my partner have ever had trying to buy a property.Our senior mortgage consultant Leanne Watson always made us feel that she didn't have time speak with us, kept making mistakes with our paperwork and then lied about our mortgage application.It was only when we called the bank ourselves did we find nothing had been done! She then left the company!Things got a little better after we changed to Adam but we had to repeat everything again, the mortgage rate went up and they still wanted us to pay £1000 for their help - NO THANK YOU. The whole debacle made us lose the house we wanted and we didn't get a single note or call with an apology. AVOID
