Dreadful. Wasted over 2 weeks of my time - which is a lot when you're buying a repossession with a 28 day deadline to exchange. They assured me they could get me a certain amount of mortgage, so I went with them rather than a different broker. When I asked how they could get me such a higher amount in mortgage they had a patronising, smarmy 'don't worry, love, we know what we're doing' attitude. It all turned out to be rubbish as the amount they could get gradually went down and down - by the end it had gone down by 22%! They also didn't reply to me when they said they would so I had to chase them up quite a few times. I have now gone back to the other broker, who seems to know what they're doing. I just hope I don't miss out on securing the property because of CMME. Don't trust them!
