Nice as pie on phone. No idea about customer service and don't seem to know their market. Completely let down by an inaccurate AIP because they didnt understand how the chosen lender works. No perception of urgency and no straight answers. Wasted 5 weeks on an declined app. Went to a proper broker and got higher mortgage offer within 2 days!
