Their products are top notch. If the review was just for their products, it would be a 5 star. However, their customer service/business practices would be a 0 star. If you are willing to wait for 6 months (or in my case, 10 months) and don’t mind handing over $1000s of dollars AND not have anyone respond for weeks to your inquiries, you’ll be happy. They do not answer their phones and take at least 10 days to respond to an email, if they decide to reply. The worst part was I originally placed the order, I knew there was going to be a wait. I was ok with that, but expected that, if I had a question, it would be answered. Nope, apparently this was an unrealistic expectation. Then, after 6 months of a wait, CMMG told me that I had to cancel my order and put in a new order. I still don’t know why this was the case. I tried to find a similar product, but it was difficult as their website is a mess. Instead of the 4 items I ordered, on the second order I was only able to order 3 items and, even after a “10% discount code” the price was over $200 more. In short, I got less products and had to pay more money. I sent multiple emails, tried to call, etc to get clarification, but no luck. I did not have any other company that I could order the parts from, so I was stuck. Great equipment, but do not expect any communication. Is it worth it? That will be up to you. I am extremely doubtful that I will be a return customer. 10 months was too long in my opinion.
