This company is up their with the worst on the internet. I'm tired of companies blaming Covid or that they can't hire enough people. These are garbage excuses! If you cant answer your phones, or return voicemails, or have a chat that continues to time out right when its close to your turn...THEN JUST TURN OFF YOUR WEBSITE AND STOP TAKING MORE ORDERS, UNTIL YOU CAN CATCH UP AND DELIVER ANY SEMBLANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! This place is horrible! They can't ship timely, if at all, and their is no way to communicate with a human being at all. I will never buy another CMMG product and highly advise you stay away from this company unless you want to endure endless aggravation!
