CMMG has lots of great firearms, products/parts, etc. but apparently, they are so over-extended and short-handed, their customer service has degraded to the "horrible" level. I bought an AR upper. It took 6 months to receive if I remember correctly. On the first day to use it, and after the second jamb, the charging handle broke.I sent an email to customer service requesting a replacement and was told via email, "I'm sorry to see that, I have CC tech support on this email and they should be able to give you a hand!" This is the second time (different issue) I've been told they would help me and they haven't. I've spent a lot of $ at CMMG over the years and still I wait.I've liked using CMMG in years past but for the last year or so, things have not gone well.If you need help or products from cmmg . com expect long waits and slow customer service.If they replace my charging handle with a structurally sound one very soon, I will delete this review. But not until then.UPDATE:They finally sent me the new charging handle. It took much too long to be considered good customer service, but at least I received it. I'm holding at the 3-star rating because I had to contact them so many times.
