I bought the conversion kit for the 22LR. Problems with it straight away - failure to fire and jamming consistently. Not happy. Started emailing Tad at Customer Service. He recommended their charging handle and also sent out new spring and connector. Called me to help install. I'd rather the product had just WORKED, but I cannot fault the Customer Service in any way at all.
