DO NOT EMPLOY this firm. If you do not believe me, check their record with the Better Business Bureau. You will find a litany of very similar unresolved complaints. If you have hired this firm and had a similar experience, you may file a complaint with the FBI (ic3.gov), as I am going to do.I hired this firm after discussing my case with Mike on September 14, 2025. I had just been scammed of my crypto by Final Frontier. I was told that time was of the essence by Mike. I was led to believe that they would be involved in the process of recovering my funds. He told me they were moving my case up to “expedited”. He expected my report to be available in a few days. After a second conversation with him, he indicated that they would not be involved in legal action against the scammer, but would provide support if requested to by law-enforcement.I was asked to sign a customer service agreement. You will note in the customer service agreement there is an arbitration clause requiring the customer to arbitrate all disputes with them before a Delaware arbitrator. Effectively what that does is strip you of any legal option to sue this firm for non-performance. The attorneys fees and travel expenses, make it cost prohibitive. That should be a warning to EVERYBODY.I was assigned a case handler by the name of Shounak Datta. Initially after paying my $9400, Shounak was very responsive. I was sent an email saying my case had been elevated to the investigative stage.Days went by and then weeks went by. It’s now over a month later. I have received absolutely nothing from them. I sent emails indicating that I had received nothing. Now a month later the responses I got from Shounak was that the “cryptocurrency trace report, the letter to the officer, and letter to the VASP have already been sent to you.”I assure you they have not been received. I continue to correspond with Shounak both by leaving messages at the office and by email and he has failed to respond.Most recently I sent an email to him saying unless I received a copy of the signed customer agreement I would treat the failure to produce the agreement as a waiver of all rights contained within the agreement, including the arbitration clause. Surprise, surprise, surprise Shounak responded immediately with a copy of the customer agreement pointing out the arbitration clause. He can’t manage to send my investigative reports to me or respond to my emails inquiring about their whereabouts, but when it comes time to assert their right to arbitration versus getting sued in a Wisconsin court, the response is immediate.It is my fondest hope that the FBI will take up an investigation of this firm as they are just the worst of the worst in performance. I have received NOTHING from them for my $9400, AFTER HAVING MADE REPEATED REQUESTS.
