Following up on my last review about customer service, I received the replacement ring in the correct size. Honestly, it's a beautiful payment ring. It feels smooth on my finger and appears to be high quality. However, their customer service could improve to grab your attention better. They respond to emails, but you may need to send several to get a prompt reply. The ring itself is lovely and very functional. If your bank doesn't recognize the app, you'll need to download an additional app for it to work for payments. For use with certain vehicles, it performs excellently.
