I also have not been able to get a response from Coachbit. I got several automatic emails after I signed up, but no response to any direct questions, no response to my son through the app after following instructions, no response from an email sent directly to the CEO, and no response about a refund. I have disputed the charge. I was hopeful about this kind of support for my son, not sure how to trust it after this. Clearly many others have had good experiences, so I'm not sure what is amiss.
