He asks a few sharp questions, but then lets you do most of the talking. And he really listens — unlike many others out there who jump straight into frameworks or theories.His observations and insights are incredibly incisive. Some of them made me a bit uncomfortable — but in the best way. You know that feeling when you’ve wrapped a good story around something, but deep down you still know the truth?Shankar gets you to that truth, fast.The next steps he laid out were simple, clear, and surprisingly elegant.I’d recommend him highly.
