Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable staff. Moved into a property that had been "deep cleaned", yet had hours worth of unfinished building work. Appliances had not been installed correctly. Doors and windows were broken, some even unsafe and the only noticeable cleaning done at the property we had to carry out ourselves. Extortionate prices for a very sub-par property. I have recently come to the knowledge that many Coapt customers share similar experiences. It's a great shame as had these issues been communicated with us prior to moving in, they could've been resolved in a much easier and nicer way.
