These agents are absolutely terrible and treat their tenants appallingly. My son rented a house through them. The sofas and carpets were flea-infested and there was extensive mould everywhere. Nothing worked properly and the furniture was of the poorest quality imaginable. None of it was fit for purpose and Coapt refused to do anything at all to sort any of it out. Then they had the cheek to try to charge the tenants over £2,000 in "damages" when they left. Avoid at all costs; they are just ruthlessly exploiting young people.
