Good points: I went in with my daughter to follow up a maintenance request that she had made that hadn't been addressed, the staff were pleasant. Bad points: very slow to respond to maintenance needs, or didn't respond at all. Took money off the deposits for an excessive number of cleaning hours for such a small place, when 4 people had spent a day cleaning right through. I saw how they were keeping the place, all mature students and not dirty even before they did that. I suspect the agency always charge for cleaning and maybe don't even look at the flat. Poor communication and not "on the ball"; Coapt were contacting the residents after they'd already moved out, to tell them if prospective viewings.
