I imagine that Coapt must be one of, if not the largest student letting agency in Brighton and I'm not surprised that Toby and his team have been able to grow the business so quickly. I think they understand that to be successful they need the landlords, the tenants and their staff to be happy and I think this one of the key ingredients to their success. All of the staff seem to be well trained and professional as well as being very knowledgeable and responsive and work together well as a team. The tenants that I've spoken to always seem to be happy with their experience and as a landlord I'm extremely happy with the way that my properties are managed and it leaves me with a stress and worry free experience which other letting agents have definitely not provided.
