I'll just write my experience and you guys can take what you want from this.In March of this year I received a quote for moving services based on items I described to be moved, namely a handful of furniture pieces, a large safe, a treadmill and a large quantity of gym equipment. The quote I received was in line with others but the best price so I took it. So begins the saga.On the day of the move in late April they arrived only to tell me that the space allocated in my quote would only allow me to move basically 1/3rd of the items I planned to move. I effectively had to leave all my gym equipment behind because to move it they said it would cost 3x the original quote. Not moving anything ment forfeiting the $2000 deposit. I decided to move the lesser amount of items which turned out to be a mistake.Nearly two months later in June they called to notify me that delivery would be made soon. Two weeks later I'd heard nothing so I followed up. They said they would look into it. Two weeks after that still nothing so I followed up again. They said they would look into it. Finally late July comes around and I follow up again only for them to tell me my items are not only not out for delivery, but they hadn't even left their storage location where they'd been sitting for 3 months.It's now August and I'm still waiting. They offered me 1000 for the inconvenience which turned out to only be just beginning. Fast forward to September and I still haven't received my items. They call me and say delivery will be made on a Wednesday. The day comes and goes and nothing. Then say Thursday, I take the day off, no one comes. Not even a phone call. Then they say Friday which also passes without delivery. Finally on Saturday they show up for delivery.They didn't being any equipment to unload my goods except a cheap dolly. Every piece of furniture they moved was damaged or completely destroyed. They couldn't move my safe or treadmill into my house because they didn't bring the equipment to do so. The owner of the relo company promised he would return the next week to do that so I allowed them to put it in the garage. They didn't unpack anything. They didn't reassemble anything. They didn't remove their trash or moving blankets.Needless to say, the owner ghosted me and never responded to my requests to finish the job. They offered me enough money in compensation for damages and failing to actually do the job to basically buy a couple 6 packs with which to drown my regrets of selecting this company. I attempted to sort things out through a BBB complaint but they dishonestly responded claiming they had already provided me a refund while conveniently ignoring the refund was for the terrible job they had done prior to delivery, and that my complaint was for what they did and failed to do during an after delivery. I have moved almost a dozen times throughout my military and professional career and this group was far and away the most disorganized, incompetent and useless company I've ever had the misfortune of wasting money on.
