I purchased a dog harness for my Australian Shepard while on a trip and when I got home and opened it came to find the harness had a defective clip. Due to purchasing while traveling it was impossible to return to the store to exchange it. I reached out to the company at their website and a rep from the company (Dana S. the Account Service manager) was extremely helpful and after providing proof of the defective product she mailed me a new one.
