I ordered a dog toy for my stepdaughter who lives in another state. The item was delivered and signed for by FedEx, by an employee at the large apartment complex she lives at. However, it was "lost" (or stolen) by the apartment staff. Coastal Pet issued me a full credit to purchase her a replacement toy, which did arrive. Great customer service by Coastal Pet!!!!!
