I placed an order on February 2nd. Since February 4th, my order has been marked as “processing.” The website clearly stated that the requested document would be shipped within 5 business days. I even paid an additional express fee to speed up both the processing and shipping.
While they were waiting for my payment and document upload, their email responses were fast. However, after they received everything, communication completely stopped. I have sent multiple emails and have received no response. The chat function on the website does not work, and they are not reachable by phone.
In my opinion, this raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this company. The large number of positive reviews on Trustpilot also seems questionable, as they appear overly generic and potentially generated by fake profiles.
Based on my experience, I strongly do NOT recommend this service. It feels misleading and untrustworthy, and customers risk losing both their money and time.

The site takes advantage of the misunderstanding generated by its name. "COCEUROPE" makes it appear to be a site where you can obtain a COC certificate, but in reality, you receive a simple list of the vehicle's technical characteristics, which is completely useless for registering the car. It's scandalous that dishonest people like the site's managers are allowed to operate with impunity, defrauding and stealing the money of inexperienced people who don't understand the deception!28/01/2026Your preconceived and uniform response to everyone who reports your dishonesty doesn't change the situation. A fair and honest company would immediately refund the money, but you hide behind hidden information on your website and take advantage of people's inexperience. My opinion remains the same: you're dishonest and scammers!
Go direct to a Harley Dealer who will do this for a fraction of the price and give you the correct document! I encourage you not to use a 3rd party as these are a scam. I asked for COC which these guys did not provide. I would not ask for a form which would not be accepted by the authorities as futile. Do not let them rip you off or insult your intelligence. Having brought my Harley Davidson motorbike from France to Spain, I asked COCeurope if they were able to issue a Certificate of Conformity. They sent a Document that was rejected by the Spanish authorities and not the Certificate of Conformity required. They then refer to their website and say that they cannot refund you if the document they provide is rejected? It is not a COC and therefore they have fraudulently accepted my money which they will not return. Other companies I approached either stated they could not get the correct documentation and refunded the monies as I had paid upfront online. Go direct to a Main Dealer is my advice and do not use these 3rd party pirates. When I have 5 minutes, I will be reporting these guys to the Ombudsman as clearly its a scam.
Ordered a digital version, received a letter that I can download a document, but there was no way to download it. So paid 200 euro and did not receive a doc, the customer support was not responding for more than 2 days. And after I send a message to WhatsApp- they send me the doc!So they did a job, but Customer Support should improve
We ordered a CdS for car registration, but the document was not accepted by the registration office in Berlin. At the technical inspection it turned out that the car does not meet European requirements, and the paper from Coceurope contained false information. As a result, we wasted two months, lost €1,500, and went through a lot of stress. Scammers.
