Deeply Disappointed – Misleading Product and Poor Quality!!!!!I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product I received is nothing like what was advertised. The packaging is incorrect, poorly designed, and feels very cheap. Upon trying the product, it became clear that it is not what was sold to me. Unfortunately, their returns policy states that items must be unused, which is completely unreasonable — how else can a customer discover that the product is not as described?In reality, it’s little more than a basic stick of Vaseline, marketed as something premium. My mother bought one each for myself, my sister, and herself after seeing the online advert, believing it would make a lovely gift. I now feel awful that she wasted her money on such a disappointing and low-quality product.To add to the frustration, the QR code on the packaging doesn’t even work — it redirects to a completely unrelated plumbing website. This entire experience has been unacceptable from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to avoid this brand altogether.
