Hated. not received my order due to address label misplaced house number, amazon shipping has returned it to sender. I try to call customer service number, no one answers due to no staffs available, only online bot chat and no human answer the query. emailed the customer service team and reply in 2 days. though reshipping email confirmation received but not advise the new shipping tracking number, the online order status still shows as shipped . it appears only one staff replies all customers queries. not going to buy anything again in future.
