I purchased school bags, lunch bags, shoe bags along with water bottles and hot food containers for children. The designs and prints are beautiful and my girls love them! However, after only 4 weeks of use the straps on the school bags started ripping apart. I phoned customer service and within minutes, it was sorted and replacement bags were sent out. The customer service is incredible! The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is that I was a bit disappointed by the durability of the bags, but I’m hoping the new ones will be better.
