During the summer in Baku, my husband fell ill, and when we called for assistance, they couldn't direct us to a hospital and told us to go wherever we found. Upon returning home, we submitted the invoices to the provider, who informed us that the costs were below our policy limit but would look into it. This was back in August, and now it's November with no resolution.
