Their plugin didn't work with my existing plugin. My developer suggested I cancel it. I requested a refund from Codecanyon, but instead received a rude email about this being not a Codecanyon problem, but had to do with another plugin. The "customer service" person had no way of telling this was correct. When I told her to stop stalling and processing the refund, she sent me a link to my general profile and told me to request it there. I had to ask AGAIN for details where to request the refund. Now that I have finally found the extremely well-hidden refund request form, I am again being interrogated as to why I didn't ask Codecanyon for help.I HAVE HELP. I HAVE A WEB DEVELOPER. CODECANYON HAS STILL REFUSED TO REFUND. I bought the plugin 10 days ago, so am well within my consumer rights to cancel the purchase. And yet... nothing.
