I purchased a WordPress plugin which is not working properly, support page is broken and all emails to the author have gone ignored.I emailed the codecanyon team twice for a refund, no reply to either in 8 days. I've raised a paypal dispute to get my funds back for this transaction, but they've locked my account and cancelled every licence i ever purchased from them. This is the 1st time i've ever had an issue but the aftercare is <1*. If your happy to risk plugins not working and the code canyon team not helping when they do then the platform is fine, but don't expect any help from them if you need it.FYI - I've been a loyal customer for years, but I won't use again unless they can help me get my refund and unlock my account.
