I’m writing this review to document my experience with Codefling regarding a map purchase and refund handling.I carefully reviewed the product before buying. The map was clearly listed as up to date, which was an important factor in my decision.After purchase, it turned out that the map was not properly maintained and, for me, not usable in practice. This was not about a small bug or cosmetic issue, but about the overall state and upkeep of the product.I contacted support and opened a support ticket. After review, Codefling staff explicitly approved a refund and told me it would be processed the same week. I have screenshots confirming this.Unfortunately, more than two months have passed, and I have received neither a refund nor store credit. All related tickets were eventually closed without the refund being executed.A later update by the creator does not change the fact that the product was sold as up to date but was not properly maintained at the time of purchase, nor does it invalidate an already approved refund.I even offered to accept store credit instead of a cash refund, as I have purchased many other plugins on Codefling and wanted to resolve this without escalation.My main issue is not the marketplace concept itself, but the handling of refunds and communication once a problem occurs.I hope this helps other buyers make an informed decision.
