I had my paid plug-in code leaked by a customer and they still haven’t banned him from the site, even though I provided proof of him doing this. The person that leaked it got off free with no punishment. I was told I could block this customer from downloading my file but they won’t take any further action. I have blocked the customer but he still can leave reviews which is not acceptable, 4 of his false reviews were removed but now they have stopped removing them. They are ignoring the issue
