I subscribed to an annual membership during a promotional event in early January 2025 and made a payment of USD 124.50 via debit card. The payment was confirmed successfully by both my bank and the payment link. Despite this, I did not receive access to the subscription after several hours. I could only access the individual courses I had bought previously. I reached out to the support team through email, the contact form, and even commented on their social media, but I received no response for days. Eventually, I posted a review on a review platform, after which I was informed that they had no record of my purchase and requested proof. I sent the screenshots and confirmation proof. When I contacted the payment channel, they stated that the seller claimed I already had access, which is inaccurate. Now, almost 11 months later, I still lack access to the membership I paid for. I followed up once more with the screenshots and asked for either access or a replacement year of membership, but still received no response. This has been a deeply disappointing experience. I hope this review encourages someone on their team to address the issue properly, as all I want is the access I rightfully paid for.
