I bought CoDesigner as an addition to Elementor Pro so that I could customise my Customer Email Templates. I created the template that I wanted, sent out a test email and it looked nothing like the design. I was then told that the design team would look into it and fix the issue. I chased every few days for a few weeks and was told that it was "In progress". I added a login tracker to my website so I could see how often they were logging in. They weren't.When I highlighted this to them, they logged in the next day, did some testing and told me that the email templates don't work! The wording was "Sorry to say that our email has been designed this way"I requested a refund on the 17th October, to be told it would take time, then after many messages I was told that it had been sent to the "authorities", chased again and it was been processed on the 24th October and still no refund. They also try and bribe you with "extended licence" to put up with their poor product aswell as asking to leave a positive review for them and they will credit you 3 months extra.Poor product, terrible customer service, once they have your money, your aren't seeing it again!If you need to change Woocommerce email templates, use the free version of YayMail - it's superior to this in every way! .......and works!
