Disappointing Experience — Poor Execution and Lack of Accountability We enrolled in this service with high hopes and paid upfront for a comprehensive package of 96 classes. Based on their marketing, we anticipated a well-structured and professional learning journey for our child. Regrettably, what transpired was one of the most frustrating educational experiences we've encountered. From the outset, basic coordination was problematic. It took over a week and around 15 calls just to establish something as simple as the correct class schedule. We clearly stated that we needed two classes per week in the Eastern Time zone, not another time zone. Despite our repeated explanations, the issue continued to be passed between different agents without resolution. This should have raised immediate concerns. Once the scheduling issue was resolved, we mistakenly thought the hard part was behind us. Mentor No-Shows For the first scheduled class, the assigned mentor failed to show up entirely. No prior notice or explanation was given. We reached out to support again and were informed that the mentor was “not reachable” and that a new mentor would be assigned. Though this was already unacceptable, we decided to give them another chance. The experience with the second mentor was equally disappointing: The mentor arrived late,
Left the class early,
Showed minimal effort in teaching or engaging,
There was no structured lesson or clear guidance. At this point, we requested a change of tutor. What should have been a simple request turned into another lengthy ordeal, requiring nearly 10 more interactions with customer service. A Pattern of Negligence Eventually, we were assigned a third mentor. The first class with this mentor took place and seemed acceptable. However, she missed the next two scheduled classes. It became evident that this was not an isolated incident but rather a systemic issue. Support Went Silent After numerous mentor no-shows, we contacted support again and explicitly asked for a callback to address the situation. There was no response.
No callback.
No follow-up.
No accountability. In Summary We paid upfront for 96 classes,
Received only 4 classes,
Multiple mentors failed to show up,
Scheduling was repeatedly mishandled,
Customer support was slow, fragmented, and ultimately unresponsive. Our money was taken, and we are left without clarity or resolution. This experience highlights a complete lack of professionalism, reliability, and respect for customers’ time and money. Whether this stems from incompetence or something more serious, the outcome is the same: we paid for a service that was not delivered. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this service to any parent. The entire process—from onboarding to scheduling, mentor management, and customer support—was chaotic and unreliable. At this point, it feels less like a premium educational service and more like a cash-collection operation with no accountability post-payment. Proceed with extreme caution.
