Alec and Sarah are both brilliant to deal with. Had an issue with an item not arriving, not only did they resolve it quickly but they provided excellent customer service. To top it off, the beans they sell combined with the Eureka grinder I purchased from them is an incredible combo! Delicious :D I will be back for more.
