We were provided with some test data from this company, and everything seemed fine, so we scheduled a meeting to finalize the purchase. I even arranged for my Managing Director to attend since we were about to spend nearly £3,000. However, when the time came, their sales rep, Andre, didn’t bother to show up. We waited until five minutes past the scheduled time, at which point my MD left the meeting, understandably upset. This was a complete waste of our time and an unprofessional experience. We expected much better, especially given the investment we were prepared to make.
